I think they could rename Waikiki to ABC store land since there seems to be one on every street corner.
ABC stores are super convenient, their prices are semi-competitive and you don’t have to walk far to find them. They’re always clean, well lit and have a decent selection for being convenience stores.
Most ABC stores will have the usual food, booze, smokes, and accessories along with an assortment of tourist gear. Need a bodyboard or inflatable chair for the beach? Stop by the ABC store.

How Many Are There?
If you’ve ever been to Waikiki the question “how many ABC stores are there in Waikiki?” has probably popped into your mind.
Well I’m not positive yet, but according to a local there are over 40 of them in Waikiki. One of these afternoons I’m going to walk each block of Waikiki and document each one, then I’ll have the answer for you!
